What if I have physical limitations?

If you have physical limitations during personal training, please inform me. I can modify exercises and create a safe, tailored program to meet your specific needs. I will use my knowledge and expertise to strengthen any physical limitation that you have without aggrevating your pain or physical limitation.

What programs do you offer?

At Nouk’s Fitness, I offer flexible options for personal training. You can choose individual sessions or a bundle of 5 or 10. As an experienced trainer I will create a customized plan to meet your unique goals and needs. Let’s reach your fitness goals together and start your journey today.

What happens if I’m injured?

If injured while doing personal training, communicate with me about the injury. I may modify your program or recommend a break for medical attention. I will help to create a plan for a safe return to training once fully recovered. It's important to listen to your body and not push too hard to avoid further injury. By working with together with me as personal trainer, you can still make progress towards your fitness goals while ensuring your safety.

Achieving fitness goals takes time and effort, and results vary for each person. With me as personal trainer, you can expect to see improvements in energy and body composition within weeks of starting a training program. I will create a customized plan and provide support and motivation to help you reach your goals. Do I need to be experienced in the gym?

Whether you're a beginner just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced fitness enthusiast looking to take your workout to the next level, my online personal training program is designed for you. With customized plans and one-on-one coaching, I'll help you achieve your goals, no matter what your current fitness level may be.

Do you take on international clients?

Yes! I'm excited to offer online personal training services to clients all over the world. Whether you're located across town or across the globe, I can work with you to help you reach your fitness goals. With online training, you have the flexibility to work out from the comfort of your own home, at your own convenience.

How often will I be able to contact you?

This is dependant on which online training you signed up for. With the all-in online coaching we will have a weekly call and you’ll be able to ask me questions via e-mail whenever you need. In any other case you can contact me via info@nouksfitness.com.

Do I need nutrition in the all-in online coaching?

To achieve optimal results, it's crucial to integrate both nutrition and training. That's why we believe in offering a comprehensive approach, and as a result, do not provide online coaching without including nutritional guidance.

Do you offer solo meal plans?

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

No problem, I have many ways to work around your dietary restrictions and allergies in your personal nutrition plan.

How can I cancel my membership?
