Healthy Edible Protein Brownie batter

Guys this recipe is not only easy to make and super delicious! It is also gluten free and has no refined sugars you will thank me later!

How to store
Keep refrigerated for at least 1 week

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of pumpkin Puree OR mashed sweet potatoes ( I used 50/50)
  • 150 grams steamed dates
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder I 
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (depending how chocolatey you want it 
  • few flav drops to add some sweetness

Toppings

  • your fave protein bar
  • sugar free chocolate chips or chunks
