Protein Pumpkin Crumble Bars
Looking for a delicious sugar free pumpkin treat? Then you have to try this recipe!
- 300 grams of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup of sugar replacement
- 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- splash of vanilla
- add in some flavour drops
- scoop of vanilla protein
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of coconut flour
- 2/3 cups almond flour
- dash of aniseed powder (love this)
- dash of pumpkin spice (or for my dutchies speculaas spice)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda
- handful of pecan nuts
- and of course a chopped up protein bar (optional)
For the Crumble:
- 50 grams of butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup of oat flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- dash of pumpkin spice
- some pecan nuts
