Protein Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Who doesn’t love apple cinnamon anything?! If you do then you should definitely try this delicious, sugar free recipe!

How to store
Keep refrigerated for at least 1 week
  • apple sauce made from 1 1/2 apples OR 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar replacement
  • dash of Vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil OR vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoons coconut flour
  • scoop of Vanilla or cinnamon protein
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 grated apples
  • handful of walnuts (optional)

Frosting 

  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons @ehrmann_  caramel protein pudding (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon sugar replacement
  • cinnamon
