Mini Apple Cinnamon Protein Cheesecakes

Very delicious treat for all the cheesecake lovers out there!
SERVINGS
3 Mini cheesecakes
How to store
Keep refrigerated for at least 1 week

Ingredients

For the Base

  • 250 grams sugar free or naturally sweetened biscuits ( I chose speculoos flavour) 
  • tablespoon of butter 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar replacement


Filling

  • 300 grams Philadelphia light or protein 
  • 2 tablespoons of (homemade) applesauce
  • tablespoon of greek yogurt 
  • 2 eggs
  • splash of Vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and aniseed
  • 1 sliced apple
