Mini Apple Cinnamon Protein Cheesecakes
Very delicious treat for all the cheesecake lovers out there!
Ingredients
For the Base
- 250 grams sugar free or naturally sweetened biscuits ( I chose speculoos flavour)
- tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar replacement
Filling
- 300 grams Philadelphia light or protein
- 2 tablespoons of (homemade) applesauce
- tablespoon of greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- splash of Vanilla
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and aniseed
- 1 sliced apple
