Protein Pumpkin Bread
If you like everything pumpkin then try this recipe its to die for !
Sugar free and gluten free but most importantly DELICIOUS
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- tablespoon of light butter
- 1/4 cup sugar replacement
- 2 eggs
- splash of vanilla
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice or dutch spice
- 1 teaspoon aniseed powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- lots of sugar free chocolate chunks
Frosting:
- 100 grams light butter
- 100 grams Philadelphia light
- scoop of vanilla protein powder
- tablespoon of sugar replacement
