Protein Pumpkin Bread

If you like everything pumpkin then try this recipe its to die for ! Sugar free and gluten free but most importantly DELICIOUS
SERVINGS
1 Loaf
How to store
Refrigerate for at least 1 week
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • tablespoon of light butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar replacement
  • 2 eggs
  • splash of vanilla 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice or dutch spice
  • 1 teaspoon aniseed powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • lots of sugar free chocolate chunks 

Frosting:

  • 100 grams light butter
  • 100 grams Philadelphia light
  • scoop of vanilla protein powder 
  • tablespoon of sugar replacement
